Appointments Timely scheduling is very important to us. To schedule an appointment or consultation, please call our main office at 303-951-0600. Most appointments can be scheduled within two weeks of a patient call or physician referral. Urgent needs are accommodated as appropriate. Bring your patient forms, valid identification and insurance cards to your appointment. Please be prepared for your co-pay with appropriate cash, check or VISA credit card. Billing Please contact our billing service at 303-280-2810 for questions about your bill or statement. If they are unable to resolve your particular problem, please contact our main office at 303-951-0600. Clinic Hours Our physicians divide their time between our clinics and three hospital intensive care units. Due to this, our clinic hours vary. Our St. Anthony Central office is staffed Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 4:30pm. We see patients at our Parker location all day Wednesday and Friday. At Porter, we see patients on Monday and Tuesdays. Please call 303-951-0600 for more information. Cancellation/No Show If you must cancel or reschedule, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment may result in a charge. Insurance Questions We believe that all patients deserve the best health care possible. To that end, we are constantly adding and accepting coverage from new health insurance agencies. Please contact us prior to your appointment to determine if we have a relationship with your insurance provider. Prescription Refills Please contact your preferred pharmacy for medication refills. We are happy to fill your pulmonary and sleep medication requests, but we ask that you contact the prescribing physician for other prescription refills.
