Dr. Hay attended medical school at The Ohio States University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. She completed her internal medicine residency as well at The Ohio State University. She completed fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine.
