Dr. Horn earned both her Medical Degree and a Doctorate in Pharmacy at the University of Kansas in Kansas City, where she also completed her Residency in Internal Medicine. She was a Hospitalist in Denver for several years prior to completing her Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM. She is board certified in Critical Care Medicine.
